Updating Versions

Hi,
We are currently using Betheme version 13.8.  We received emails that there was an update so we downloaded the new file from Envato.  Unfortunately the file is the same version we already have and is not the updated 14.4 version.  Is this something you can help us with?  Our site is starthuman.co.

    if the file is the same, you need to contact with Envato because we do not have any impact on download files. We already downloaded and the latest version is 14.4 so something is wrong on your side.

You should reply on this message and explain that version 14.5 is included but you are unable to download it from Envato's servers what means there is something wrong with your TF's account on what we have no impact.
