So to change it's color, you need to use the following css:

body:not(.button-stroke) #Top_bar a.button.action_button { background: #000 !important; color: #FFF !important; }

Undermix, I think you are asking WHERE to insert the code that he gave you?
Go to APPEARANCE >> Look to bottom of the items listed there for CUSTOM CSS & JS. Select Custom CSS> Click on it and a large text box opens up...thats where you paste in the code. Next you will SAVE CHANGES located at bottom left corner.
Refresh your browser and make sure that it did change it.
