reducing whitespace in header

Hello
I have a website demo here using the classic menu and I was wondering if there was a way to reduce the space between the red line that appears on hover over the menu item. In effect making the area smaller and losing some of the whitespace above the header items?

Hi,

yes, you can decrease this space with:

#Top_bar .menu > li > a::after { top: 36px !important; }

I think they left off the opening bracket...should be (not sure but a similar one I did worked that way)
