BeTheme Options in wp-admin is not working

Hi there,

I just tried to install BeTheme on AWS Apache.

And I install the theme and looks working for other menus but only thing is I can't go to BeTheme options in Appearance menu.

I tried to install again and again with whole process but still not working.

What should I do in this case?

could you show us on screenshot what is happening exactly?

It is not showing nothing when I click the BeTheme Options. The url is "mysite.com/wp-admin/themes.php?page=muffin_options".
