I need help with trying to center my logo & expand the height so that the whole logo can be viewed. I have tried changing all the elements heights via css but still cannot see the whole logo.

logo can be centered only with Stack: Center header style. More info about that you can read at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/170/any-suggestion-how-to-center-menu-using-stack-center
But if you want to align this logo only and show in full resolution, then please use below css instead:
#Top_bar { top: 20px !important; }#Top_bar #logo { height: 110px !important; }
