Portfolio options

Hi!

I wanted to change all the options in my portfolio but I don´t have all the options that you publish in the "documentation". Ex: author, published by....
I changed it with code, but I would like to know why I don´t have that.
Also, Still appear the date of the publish as a .project-description li.one-third  {display:none;}, I hide it with display none but there is another way to do it?

    I forgot something:

    I need to change the information when hover the image of the portfolio. Now you can read: "read more" but I need to disable that or change it because it´s another language :)
