CSS Child theme does not work

Hi Betheme,

Im using the be theme child theme. I'm trying to adjust some items on the website with CSS but it does not respond. Not even if I use the !important tag.

The same CSS code does work in the Betheme options panel --> Custom CSS. Also with the use of important tags, which is very difficult to work with every time I want to adjust something.

Is it possible to mark the child theme CSS as most important so I can use that one. Because I usually just use the child theme and that works fine. But not in betheme for some reason....

Kind regards, Hanneke

  • Hi,

please send us link to page where css inside child theme does not work. Please tell us which css is it and where you got it exactly so we can have a look.
  • I think there was a problem with the purge varnish plugin. It was installed by somebody else and it didn't refresh the page like ik should. So it works fine now. But thanks anyway.
