How to re-size photos to fit the subheader image??

I'm driving myself crazy trying to re-size photos for the subheader image, so that my face is in the right spot. What size do I need to make them? Do you have a guideline on how best to do this?

so from what we see, you want to increase subheader height to display more of the image, right?

Not necessarily. I want to know how to re-size my photo so that my head is in the right place in the subheader window.

So it depends on screen size and despite any image you will upload, it would look different on different devices. And because css backgrounds are not responsive, there is no magic solution to do what you ask for.
