what's your PHP version and memory limit? If you don't know, please check Appearance > System Status section. But about VC, what exactly does not work?
1. You need to contact with your admin/hosting provider because this need to be done on server side. It is not something you can do yourself because it's closely related with machine.
2. Any screenshot of how VC looks like for better understanding?
3. From what we see on the screenshot, we suggest to deactivate all plugins to check if one of them is not the reason because looks like something is incomplete. But if this won't help, you need to remove everything and install theme and Wordpress on fresh/clean database once again.
