As we can see, the content goes to the top because you set Transparent header. As you probably know, this is the sense of being transparent and if you don't like how it looks like, you should use different header type. Or if you prefer css, then you can move the content down in just single post pages with:

.single-post #Content { padding-top: 150px !important; }
