Problem in woocommerce email confirm the order

Dear Sir/Madam,

I installed woocomerce plugin for Betheme. When customer completes order for a product, it doesn't send email to confirm the order . However, I can receive confirmation for products with other themes.

I indeed appreciate your help in advance.

Hi,

order confirmation has nothing to theme and we are 100000% sure about this. So if you do not get any confirmation, you should contact with your admin and check in logs what might be the reason.

i have the same problem, it cant't be a problem in the server . Because i (admin) recieve a mail for new order, but my custumer doesnt't get anything.

so how is it possible that the same probleme is with two persons?

We don't know how but you should definitely contact with WooCommerce plugin author.
