Post Grid translation by WPML

I have a POST GRID element in my homepage. I translated all my post and it works perfectly but how can I translate the READ MORE text button? I tried with WPML String Translation but It can't find the string.Is there any solution?

Hi,

if you use Blog item, then we checked and Read More is added for String Translation for sure.
