Transparency only works on firefox 48.0
Hi, on our infinite scroll Website we installed a sticky backround foto.
This shows fine in the first sektion.
In the following sections we created a transparency with rgba(227,229,232,.7)
Unfortunatly the transparancy just works with firefox 48.0.
It doesn´t work with firefox 49, nor google chrome, nor safari. The foto doesn´t show at all with those browsers.

to set transparent background, you need to set Transparent option for the content under Theme options > Global > General section.
those settings were allready done.
It allready works fine on some browsers.
We found out firefox 48.0. as well as android browser show the transparency,
explorer doesn`t show it nor google chrome, nor safari.
We keep wondering
What could be done?
The transparency still doesn´t work on iphone.
How come?
