Sport theme facebook and youtube chart icons

There are 2 chart icons on the company page, by default they are "watch us on YouTube" and "like us on Facebook"

How do I link those to my youtube and facebook page?

No option in muffinbuilder to add a link

Kind of strange to have that in the theme with no option to link it. Any chance of fixing that in an update as it would be a great option to have?
