Hide hamburger button on responsive

I need to hide the hamburger button (on menu) definitely! for any mobile device or desktop computer, how can I do?

Hi,

to remove responsive logo, please use the following css:

#Top_bar a.responsive-menu-toggle { display: none !important; }

Hi guys in cell phones (android/ios) still see the menu responsive logo :-(

I had only seen in tablets, sorry for no confirm this in others devices
