Background video not working in IE11

I have used the Muffin Builder and added a background video using both the mp4 and ogv for compatibility. It works great on many browsers with the awesome exception of IE11. I haven't tested in other versions of IE yet. I also added a still background image. When you open the page that has this video, it loads, you see the video start playing and then the body of the page goes completely blank and becomes really long. I don't know if this is just a IE issue or if I am doing something wrong.
