URGENT: Why page title is above header?

Hi guys, i am again here. Sorry for the troubles but i have no other option.

Have a look at this page please, why my page title is above the page menu? It is very awkward. For other new pages, i have to add separate section with placeholders to make my first openning paragraph/image below the menu.

Please view the page on iPad (using chrome), there is no mobile MENU. I think it is white, provide code to make it colorful. thanks.
