iFrame/php file conflicting with theme

Hello,

I am using one of your theme for my website mentioned below. In one of the pages I am using an iFrame/php file to display price list. Although the price list scroll works fine on the desktop version, but doesn't work properly on a mobile/tablet. On mobile devices it doesn't show the scroll at all.

Kindly let me know how do I resolve it as the issue seems to be theme scroll conflicting with iframe scroll.

Look forward for a quick response. I have contacted muffin support for this earlier as well through message but didnt receive a response at all. I am still entitled for a support from muffin group for be theme.

Hey,

please switch to default scroll instead of Nice Scroll under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section and this should help

Could you show us on screenshot what exactly does not work? Because from what we can see now, all is fine.

Kindly check the above page from mobile and also from a PC.

When you enter a country name or a prefix in the search bar and then click search it will display some entries. Now when you see these entries from a PC it will have a scroll to move up and down on these entries. But that scroll doesn't appear when you do that from mobile or a tablet.

Kindly do the above process and you will clearly understand what I am trying to explain.

OK. Since you don't get it. Please see the below screenshots. First one is taken from a desktop and second one from a mobile.

See the comparison in the two images. One taken from the desktop has a scroll and another taken from a mobile doesn't have a scroll.

Yes, we definitely misunderstood because we never thought that you are talking about the scroll bar to be visible on mobile devices because such devices just does not display such scroll bars and it's the most proper behave.

Anyway, we found where the problem is and it has nothing to theme of course. The problem is with your iframe only and to make it scrollable on mobile, you need to use the following css:

.callrates {
    overflow: scroll !important;
    -webkit-overflow-scrolling:touch !important;
}

But please notice that mobile devices won't never display the bars. Iframe wouldn't be scrollable but without the bars.

Hello!

The iframes have a scroll for the width as well. How can I have full width of iframe displayed without the scroll (scroll for width, horizontal scroll). On mobile devices.
