you can create a website with all the demo on my site? How should I do? Create a multi-site and install any demo in each different site?

You need to install 20 or 30 Wordpress's then under sub-domain or sub-folder and individually import the demo for each one the way as it was explained on instructional video. Each demo is like an individual site with own Wordpress installation.
