Logo shrinks when I return to the top of the page and doesn't return to full scale

In both FF and Chrome, my top main logo shrinks when I return to the top. Not the sticky logo, that's perfect, it's the main logo. This only happens on my laptop (screen resolution 2560x1600). When on my big screen, the original top logo stays the same every time I return to the top of the page. Please help me make sure that the logo does not shrink after scrolling at this screen size/resolution.
