Sticky boxed background

My main boxed background is set to be sticky but on mobiles or different devices that is not working. Is there a CSS I can add to make the boxed background sticky and to be fixed at the size of different screens?

Hi,
sticky effect is not compatible with many mobile devices unfortunately.
