Ninja Popups and BeTheme

Hello guys!

I bought ninja popups for wordpress (https://codecanyon.net/item/ninja-popups-for-wordpress/3476479) and once I activated the plugin my home page stopped working properly. The menu have vanished. I have attached some images for you guys to see. If you need anymore details please feel free to ask me!

Hi,

this is 3rd party plugin and we did never tested our theme with this plugin unfortunately so we don't know what might be the reason of such behave. We suggest to check Javascript console because there is probably some bugs/errors and that's why menu does not load.

Yes, it's 3rd party plugin.
Did you guys tested the theme with any plugin that does this popup thing?
I saw this one too: codecanyon.net/item/convertplug-wordpress-popups-plugin/14058953

So... I attached 2 more images with console open. Could you help me? Or do you think I need ask for support in the plugin's page?

Sorry, but we didn't with any. Like we wrote above, we will do this when we finish all current featres and updates we have currently on "to do" list.

I asked the plugin author by e-mail and he helped me, it was just one setting that I forgot to activate and it was making the plugin not work properly and then causing some errors in my homepage!
