search and replace

i built a site with a lot of use of the muffin builder.
i now have to do "search & replace" in the site, to replace any occurance of a word into another word.
i used several plugins (like "better search and replace", used the php script "Search-Replace-DB-master", they just don't replace content that was built with muffin builder..

why do these tools can't do a "search & replace" in content that was built with muffin builder? how can i fix it?

these tools are unable to change anything in Muffin Builder because we use our own functions to code the content to make it more safe. However, to make the the content readable format, please go to Theme options > Global > Advanced section and change Builder | Data Storage option.
