Logo space higher up

How can I get the logo, which is in the middle of the menu and beneath the slider to be a bit higher so it is centered with the menu bar? Right now it is starting height of the menu bar.

No way to just make the logo move up a bit? Like putting in negative spacing for the logo through CSS?

You can paste below code in Theme Options > Custom CSS but it won't look good on all devices

.logo-overflow #Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) .logo {
    top: -100px;
}

Also, how can I get the logo to have less padding around it?

To remove logo from the sticky header, please use:

#Top_bar.is-sticky #logo { display: none !important; }

But to have less padding/margin around the logo, please use the following css:

.header-split #Top_bar.is-sticky .top_bar_left .logo { width: 10%; left: 45%; }
.header-split #Top_bar.is-sticky .top_bar_left .menu_left { width: 44%; text-align: right; }
.header-split #Top_bar.is-sticky .top_bar_left .menu_right { width:44%; text-align: left; }
