Troubleshooting Theme Issues

I'm currently having some issues with my site and just wanted to know if switching to the default theme for sake of troubleshooting will lose all my work on the Betheme theme? I used one of your demos as a basis but I changed a few things here and there, no manual edits to theme files everything was done through muffin builder and custom css/js under Betheme Options.

if you mean to switch to default WordPress theme, then you can do this of course and you won't lose anything because all options/settings are stored in database.
