How can I change the images in the default gallery?

Hi!

I installed BeService Demo on my site. I'm probably stupid but I don't know how to change the images in the default gallery.

I uploaded some new images to the site but I don't know where to get those IDs for the images.

Can you help?

Thanks for the info! I found the ID's

The images are blurry. Any advice on how to fix it? Do I have to change the media gallery settings and/or regenerate thumbnails?

Thanks for the info! I got the images looking pretty sharp now after I regenerated thumbnails
