hi may be i dont know the name of the image which comes at top of page, above header, as a background to menu buttons and logo, i thought it is header image. It was there before, but now gone, dont know how. Is it clear now?
Ok, so if you mean header's background image, it does not appear because you activated transparency for header under Theme options > Global > General section.
