  • Hi,

please take a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/938/problem-with-image-size-in-shop-slider-media-images-settings-sizes where we explained how to sort images quality. If you changed sizes, you probably forgot to to use Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to refresh images.
  • I have not changed image sizes? They are new pages.

What is strange is if i click on the blurry image in a lightbox it displays correctly then i refresh the page all the images display correctly until i visit the page for a second time which displays the blurry images.

It seems it is only the gallery shortcode which is displaying the blurry images.

    Please let me know asap.
  • Did you used Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin to refresh images sizes? This plugin was described in the topic we gave you above.
  • Hi there
I have used the reg.thumb plugin but the problem persists.

    Any ideas?
  • So if the problem persists, then the only solution we have is to remove everything and install Wordpress, theme, plugins, etc once again on new, freshly created database because your issue has nothing to BeTheme. If you will switch to default WP theme, the images would look exactly the same.
  • This is not a solution. I have worked hours on this site and I see that this is your answer to quite a few posts which really scares me. I have found a solution which is to add size="full" in the shortcode where the gallery appears.

  • Yes, this is a solution of course. Also, we do not understand what scares you exactly. We understand that there is always 1% of people for whom nothing works and basically most things are broken and doesn't work the same as for the 99% of other users. And we know very well from experience that most of these issues has nothing to do with the BeTheme and mainly are being fixed after WordPress re-installation. It happens because some files are being ignored while installation because of poor hosting services. And this is the reason why we always recommend WP installation if basic WordPress stuff on which we have no impact, does not work the same as for the whole rest.

Hope this would explain a lot, thanks.
  • What scares me is that after working on the site for hours your solution was to reinstall from start again when the solution was a small edit to the shortcode.
