Failing to apply edit to pages

Hi.

Every time I'm applying changes to a page and pressing the update button. the changes are either:
1) did not take place
2) did, but only partially
3) cuasing entire sections to dissapear
I've tried to update the theme but unfortunately the error still remains.

I've attached a pic demonstrating a recent edit that was failing to take place
Pic 1: the name of the section is showing before updating the page
Pic 2: shows that after the update of of the page, name and all other inner modifactions that was being made to that section were vanished

I've been using Betheme for a long time now and never experienced anything like that.
Any ideas?

Hi,

looks like you are unable to save the content only because of the limits on your server side. More details about that you can read in the following topic http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/7689/muffin-builder-items-or-page-options-can-not-be-saved-max-input-vars

Hi.

After trying to do the suggested solutions in the linked thread which were unsuccessful.

And also tried to disable all plugins, I've contacted the server administrator which also increased max input vars via "controlpanel/cgiManagement/phpplus.html"

As well as corrected complete root permissions and cleared Wordpress cache - but the error still happening.

The server administrator suggested me to check on your end again.

Hmm, that's really interesting what your administrator is saying. Ok, so if he is saying to check it on our end, then please create php file with phpinfo() function and send us link to that file.

So just as we thought, you didn't increased anything. If you look at https://snag.gy/iT4dV1.jpg you will see that we are right. So whoever responsible for your hosting, told you to contact with us not increasing this value is definitely wrong person on wrong place

Now it's finally got increased.

5000 is the max. they can increase it to, but seems to be working fine for now.

Is 5000 should be enough on the long run?
