How can I change the background color of both grey colors in white?

Ok, got it. So to change both colors to white, please use:

.faq .question, .faq .question::after { background: #FFF !important; }

One more question, is it possible to make all of the questions colored. Now only 1 question is colored.

Yes, it is possible. To color all questions, you need to use the following custom css:

.faq .question .title { color: #000 !important; }
