Errors in Backup

Good morning Betheme Staff.
I love your theme, and I have suggested it to a lot of colleagues :)
But now I've a problem to solve: 2 weekes ago I've made the backup of a website built with Betheme because I had to delete the domain and transfer to another domain and hosting. I've imported everything (files and database) on the new server, but half of my pages are empty.
I don't want to have the same theme style, it is not so important, I can remember it, but pages layout and content have to come back!
I've noticed that the pages I've built with visual composer are ok, but not the pages I've built with Betheme panel.
Please, could you help me? Do you need my backup? Or you can tell me how to restore my empty pages?

    Hi,

    while site migration, we always use 2 plugins and did never had any problems with content or settings migration. Those plugins are: WP Migrate DB and Mfn CB Migration Tool. Please use both tools for migration and everything should be ok.

    Ok, I will use them, but I need an help now :(
    Unfortunately, the old domain is expired, so I have the backup but not the online versione fo the website...How can I find my pages?
    Could I send you the backup to find them?

    Sorry but we won't be able to find anything in the file which is encoded. We don't know the tools you used for migration and we have no idea what these tools might broke in export files unfortunately.

    I haven't used any tool, I've only download website files and imported in the new hosting through FTP (Filezilla)...I can't lose all the work :( The backup is complete, but I can't read the pages :(

    If I have the complete backup, I think it's possible to have my original website, isn't it?

    Sorry but we do not understand what kind of backup you mean. Are you talking about the backup made on server side? If that's what you mean, please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what are you talking about because so far we did never met with anything like that. Please don’t forget to let us know what for the access is.
