Icons not displaying
Hello. I activated the action bar today and it looked fine. Later, the icons are gone, and one is changed to a character, chinese it looks like? What is happening? Turned off any plugins that I'm not using but it's still happening.

Randomly working now.
I've turned off the "down" carrot in the ubermenu as well as that never showed up either half the time.

it’s because of CORS library which hasn’t been installed on your server what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/sdHVB9zQG.png
More details about the CORS you can read on http://enable-cors.org/server.html but we recommend to contact with your server administrator this case because he will be able to help you for sure.
