Shortcode for "Get in touch"?

Hi again,

I am looking for the shortcode for a "get in touch" box. Where can I find this, and more importantly: where can I find documentation to this shortcode (and any other shortcode, for that matter).
It is rather frustrating to see all those nice examples of elements on your demo page under shortcodes, but hardly any documentation for those shortcodes.
Please provide link to full documentation

Is there any reason why you hide the shortcodes in a separate page with almost the same name?
.../betheme/shortcodes/... just for examples, but
.../be/theme/shortcodes/... with all the shortcodes

This is very confusing... It would have saved me quite some time if I had found the full documentation earlier.
Thanks anyway for your continued support - there will be more questions popping up...

/be/theme/ is a new presentation page that we made recently but /betheme/ is a presentation of the default, main demo. We are sorry if it's confusing but these are 2 different stuff for different presentations.
