Mega Menu: Change background color of mega menu items on hover

on this site http://frohnatour.blauequelle-webseiten.de/ i want to change the background color of mega menu items on hover.
You find the mega menu at "Ausrüstung" or "Service". The items should get the same background color like the items at "Schuhe" or "Bekleidung".
