Theme extremely frustrating to work with...

I have just purchased your theme and I'm annoyed that the demo content is not compatible with VC, you should CLEARLY state this fact on the sales copy, if I'd have know I would not have purchased it.
The setting up UX sucks too, simple tasks like adding a logo is not simple...
Do I have to delete all Muffin demo content (individually) to stop it showing?
I've added a logo, as by the documentation, but the logo is not showing.
Why is the no easy way to remove the second menu layer?
The documentation is not detailed enough to answer my questions. Both comment above apply.
How can I change the header colour from white to red? I have a white logo!

pre-built layouts were built with Muffin Builder tool which is much lighter, easier in use and faster. We can not do pre-built websites with Visual Composer because it’s only additional plugin and in reference to agreements, we can not force users to use 3rd party plugins. Also, for many users, VC just doesn’t work because plugin is quite heavy and requires good hosting service.
1. Why setting up the logo is not simple? All you need to do is navigate to Theme options > Global > Logo section and upload logo image. Sorry but we don't understand what is not simple enough here.
2. What for do you want to remove demo content? Not sure what you ask for.
3. Please send us link to page where you added logo and it's not showing.
4. Any link to page where you have "second menu layer" and you have problems with removing it?
5. Header background color can be changed under Theme options > Colors > Header section.
