Reading Settings not taking effect

I am currently trying to change the blog pages to display to 10 per page but it is set up to 4 and every time I change it to 10 and save it resets to 4. Any idea or solution to this problem? Also it shows excerpts when I try to change it to full.

Hi,

how did you made page where you would like to increase number of posts per page? Did you used Blog item or how?

This is our blog. We used regular editor.

now i want to increase the number shown, right now it is 4, but when I try to increase to 10, and full blog post, it will not register in the reading settings.
