BeLaunch Counter Not Working on Mobile Devices

The counter is working fine on a desktop, but does not count down at all on my ipad. It just reads 00 for Days, 00 for Hours, 00 for Minutes, and 00 for seconds.

Do you know why the counter is not working?

    Hi,

    we did checked your site and the counter works on iPad of course. The only issue we found is very slow server. We tried to load your site several times on several devices and only once the page was loaded. For most time it just keeps loading and loading. We recommend to sort your hosting issue first so the site can load faster and everything would be ok.

    That's strange - I still see 0's for days, minutes, seconds etc.

    Note - this problem is only on my ipad. I tested my friend's and he has the same problem.

    Should I send a screenshot?

    We don't need a screenshot because it won't change anything and until we are unable to re-create this issue on our end. We tested your site on several different devices and all works fine what you can see on https://snag.gy/stj8wP.jpg - this screenshot comes from an iPad of course.

    Like we wrote in previous message, we suggest to sort your hosting issues because it's very difficult and time consuming to open your site. Likely, this time, we've been opening your site for about 5 minutes what is terrible.
