I did the latest update and now Woo is having issues in Firefox and Safari - kept adding multiple products at once and spinning out and the menu only shows in IE and Chrome.
that's interesting what you say because the following screenshot http://pasteboard.co/43F7iY9bH.png is from Safari and as you can see everything is fine with your menu and WooCommerce. Also, if you will check many of our demos where we have WooCommerce installed, you will see that the menus are fine.
The menu is not showing. http://pasteboard.co/4oJrORzFO.jpg I also have video from the client saying there was an issue. There is a screenshot. As soon as I did the theme update Woo Commerce stopped working in Safari and Firefox - here is the spinning on checkout http://pasteboard.co/4oSMWNMXa.jpg and this was working before I installed this latest update. Also someone has an issue with the menu not showing so I know that issue isn't isolated to me alone.
I don't know their state of WooCommerce but when I turn your theme off, the shopping cart works just fine and that's what I had to do to get a client to check out yesterday because of whatever issue the update caused. Here is a spinning wheel screen shot. http://pasteboard.co/4oSMWNMXa.jpg
Everything was fine and I adore the theme but this update caused problems. It happens so we need another update clearly to fix these issues that cropped up.
If I remove the theme and go to 2016, it works perfectly so the issue is with the latest theme update because it worked perfectly with no issues prior to the latest November update - the november 26 update to be clear.
What's your Safari version then? We are using the latest 10.0.1 and we didn't noticed anything wrong on 5 different computers we used for tests. We do not have an older version of Safari and we are not sure where the problem is as we don't see anything wrong on our side. Could you do us a favor and open js/scripts.js file and comment 3rd line just like we did it on the following screenshot http://pasteboard.co/4tUW3Zutz.png ? We would be grateful if you can do this and let us know if the menu appear after this change.
Just purchased today, have a project due in 4 days and the main menu does not show AT ALL in Safari 9.1. Apparently isn't showing in Firefox and windows browsers as well judging by other form posts. Please release a fix asap. I spent money on this today because it appeared to be beautiful work and high very high ratings on Themeforest but this is a bit ridiculous.
SPEZ: I edited the js/scripts.js as you described above and it did fix the issue it appears. Thank you!
I saw the new update. Will that also address the shopping cart issues? Thank you so much @internethappens for verifying. I will get the new update installed and let you know once that is done.
