smooth scroll with fancy link?

I am trying to achieve a smooth page scroll on the website http://fergusonjewellery.com/about/

I have one page enabled on this page and here is the code for the fancy link that I'm trying to use but it doesn't seem to be working

[fancy_link title="THE GOLDSMITH" link="#goldsmith" target="" style="1" class="scroll" download=""]

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
