Help and Accordian are not working on iPad

I've purchased 3 or 4 copies of Be theme, and love it! I don't know if I'll use anything else to be quite honest. I build about 12 sites a year. Anyways, I just downloaded the latest version install-able files from ThemeForest yesterday. For some reason, a few of the shortcodes are not working properly this version. The ones I tried and failed are: Testimonials-slideshow, help, and accordion. Seems to be a pattern. Some component is not working properly. My 12.3 works flawlessly, the 15.7 isn't. I'm using the demo eBook. I don't know if that has something to do with it. Any ideas?

Can you please try again? I've asked 3 people in 3 different countries to try to pull it up and they get it with no problems.

We did it already and it still does not work. Your site just doesn't load on iPad at all.
