I'm having some trouble with the images in the portfolio. At first it just loaded thumbnails -+50kb but know the site starts to use the full size 700kb images which reduces load time. how can i get the portfolio (on the homepage) to load small thumbnails again?

and a second question, i can't seem to get the images on the homepage to fit perfect squares while i have the flat option on the portfolio settings selected.

Hi,

could you explain what you did exactly and how is that possible that it works previously and now it doesn't? We didn't changed anything in this case and we do not see any reason why this could happen.

The images that came with theme are proper size of course what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/65bChwCfc.png

The images that are very large and heavy, are slider images what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/65bkspW3w.png and this is the reason why your site may loading slower than usually.
