Resizing Header design image for responsive ?

Hello,
please, I have many days searching every where,
I maked a design Header for my website,full screen
but when I change for mobile screen, the header not adjust and only a part of it, very uggly
I woud like in different screen manage the details of the design header I want,
How can you help me, no found any function in Bethem?????

Ok, thanks for the link. The background you are talking about is a css background, such elements are not responsive and never wasn’t. This has completely nothing to do with the theme and it’s a technical problem between css and being responsive.

thanks for you answer, what is the solution for my nice responsive header? change myself the css, or change the header

supposed i need change the css, using firebug, what line I need change for the responsive, is it a DIV?
