Layout not right after Demo import.

Dear MuffinGroup Team,

I bought the BeTheme because I wanted to use it in the stock frontend. I just wanted to change the text and the pictures.

But after installing the theme and all the plugins.

The frontend is kind of broken.

Ok, thanks. There is few things we noted:

- you did not set main menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.
- you forgot to import sliders. More details about slider import you can find on instructional video and http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/15/how-to-import-revolution-slider-into-be-theme
- you need to go to Appearance > Widgets section and sort the widgets in footer.

Some of your settings, wasn't imported properly because of the limits on your server.

thank you. I haven't figured out yet, how I am able to set the right design for the heading, that it looks like the heading in the demo.?

the other thing is: the h1 is kind of overlapped.

As we told you above, you need to set up Main menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section to sort header. But the headings overlap because you didn't set line height for those headings under Theme options > Fonts > Size & Style section.

yes but It hasn't work. The menu is working but doesn't look like the menu in the demo.

If you mean header like we have on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/biolab/ it does not look the same because not all settings has been imported on your site. All you need to do is set up Transparent header type under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section and under Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section, you need to set transparent header background with the following css:

.header-transparent #Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) { background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.6); }

To avoid a problem with settings import, you should speak with your admin/hosting provider because if settings does not import, the problem is related to server limits.

In reference to your 2nd question, there is 3 possible reasons why Muffin Options might be empty on load (blank) or does not save:

- PHP version - Wordpress, since version 4.5, requires minimum PHP 5.6. So if your version is older than 5.6, you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider because it need to be updated.
- Memory Limit - the more plugins you have enabled, the more resources your WordPress instance will consume. So if this is happening, you need to contact with your admin/hosting provider to increase this limit.
- Suhosin extension - if it’s installed on your server, it could bring the issues as well because the limits for Suhosin are usually different from the general one.

If you don’t know what your limit/PHP version is, you can check both under Appearance > System Status section.

Anyway, we did checked your php settings and looks like you have few different limits:

- memory limit should be set to 128MB minimum or even 256MB for better results
- max_execution_time need to be set to 180

Anyway, I updated the server settings with my provider, what should i do now to get the right page Layout/settings?

Ok, so if your limits has been raised and you would like to start again with demo import, you need to do exactly same steps as you did the first time and has been explained on our instructional video. But before you will go thru this process, you need to clear your WordPress. To do this, you need to use WordPress Reset plugin. But please remember that this plugin removes all data, like: pages, posts, settings, etc. Your Wordpress would be again as clear as after first installation.
