404 Error on 'INFO BOX' link
Hi,
I have encountered this issue where a link on a page will ADD an additional path that I didn't enter. Then the 404 error is generated.
For example, I created an Info Box with a list and I hyperlinked the last point 'Flyer,' as shown in the image. The URL is <li><a href=“http://www.gocabe.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Chapter_FresnoMadera-Ch41_flyer-for-CABE2016.pdf” target="_blank"> Flyer </a></li>
I update the page and tested the new link. However, the link now includes the additional path below (highlighted in yellow),
http://www.gocabe.org/index.php/about/regions/region-2-chapter-41-fresno-madera/“http:/www.gocabe.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Chapter_FresnoMadera-Ch41_flyer-for-CABE2016.pdf”
I have made an attempt to SAVE the Permalinks to Default and then set it back to Custom. Still, there is no progress. If you have ever heard of this issue? I would appreciate your advice. If I recall, in previous incidents I have deleted and recreated the entire page all together to resolve the problem, but I have far too many pages to do this on today.
Here is a list of links to pages where the 'Flyer' link in the INFO BOX feature doesn't work.

Thanks,

Please open your website in Firefox html mode (CTRL+U) and check html errors you got. Please fix them first and all should be fine.
P.S. Anticipating your question, yes, those errors are not associated with theme and were made by you or one of your extra plugins.
Thanks!
For whatever reason, the "" characters on the 'TexEdit' on MAC were not being recognized correctly once they I copied/paste into WordPress.
Thanks for your help.
