Can't download theme bacup
Hi there Support team,
on my site, I am not able to obtain a theme backup (Appearance -> Bethe Option -> Backup and Reset).
No matter which option I choose the message "ERROR: This is not a valid feed." appears. I also updated my version from 15.6 to 15.8 but the same problem occurs.
Pleas help.
thanks

please explain what you exactly do and when error appears.
The reason for that was: I had deleted (because re-installation of WP) ALL postings, THEN the export does not work.
So - the workaround should be easy: make a new posting and it should work again.
The DOWNLOAD of BeTheme options will fail, if WP has NO (zero) postings. That's all.
I should make a link to my other thread with same problem ... unfortunately the thread does no more exist - probably because I have found the solution (which is easy: create a posting ("BEITRAG" in german) and export will work again) ... but you should leave such threads for others which have the same problem!
@codieandi To be honest, we did never met anything
like that. Please be so kind and send us WordPress dashboard access
privately thru contact form which is on the right side at
http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what
this might be. Please don’t forget to let us know what for the access
is.
It's SOO easy to resolve, add a posting in WP and you can DOWNLOAD (export) BeTheme options again ...
For backup file generation we use built in WP Feeds function that you can find on https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Feeds
This function generates specific content and allows you to save in various forms (in our case it's file). As you can read in above documentation, in each properly working WordPress, you get feeds by the following address: http://example.com/feed/ (in your case it's http://codie.com/wp/mmc/feed/)
Unfortunately, in your case, it has nothing to do with the theme itself and it is not dependent on the theme because after switching to default WP theme, available links in your panel does not work as well. As a proof, please check the following link http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/feed/ and you will see it's fine.
What we suggest is theme re-installation or check multisite configuration.
Thanks!
