please go to your FTP and remove WooCommerce plugin files. After that, please upload the newest WooCommerce files via FTP as well. However, if this won't help, please do the same with theme files because it sounds like one of them is incomplete.
Then please disable all other extra plugins and check because if you did the update both properly, this shouldn't happen. BeTheme and WooCommerce are 10000% compatible so this has nothing to do between the theme and plugin.
Hello, I have reviewed the installation several times, alias I have installed on different servers and the error continues. Can you guys check it, please? I have contracted support.
Yes, we can have a look on it but if this won't be nothing related to theme, we won't be able to help unfortunately. Please send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to let us know what for the access is.
P.S. Yes, you have "contracted support" but please check Item Support Policy, where it has been explained what's included into support and what's not. We are pretty sure that it would be nothing related to theme.

Hello, I did the procedure as indicated, but it did not work.
My project is stopped due to this error.
