Paralax & Scroll plugin

Just to inform you how it works from kind of device and browser and you will see that it's imposible to make it in setings (I success to change some code in theme-functions and theme-head.php and now is working).
1) Safrai on desktop- Stellar + Smooth or default browser scroll
2) Safari on pad and mobile- Translate3d + Smooth scroll or default browser scroll
3) FireFox and Chrome (Windows & IOS)- Translate3d + Nice scroll
No other combinations posible.

sorry but we do not understand what's impossible. Would be great if you can show us what does not work exactly as we checked parallax and it's fine in all browsers.
So I gave you all combinations that works (BTW Stellar with Safari works but not nice, other plugins not working)
iOS and Safari don't have not same performanse on all devices. Try Pad (fixed background not working but on other devices work, parallax translate3d not working well on Mac desktops and laptop).
