Onsale products in a shop slider

I've added a sale price in addition to the normal price on several products.

I've added a shop slider to the page and choosed "onsale" for "Show" but nothing happens. How can I get these products to show in the slider?

Hi,

under Shop Slider settings, you can "SHOW" option where you can set up what products supposed to display on slider.

I've choosed onsale but no product appears in the slider
