WPML plugin activate error

Hello Support,

I am getting the following notification on our website:
"Hey, I see WPML is not activated, please activate it before using WPML Widgets."

But WPML is correctly installed and registered and activated. WPML is the only option in all multi language plugins that compatibility with BeTheme. Can you help me to solve the problem?

Hey,

please contact with wpml support team because if it's properly installed and activated, we have no idea what else might be the reason of such message but we are sure that plugin author would be able to find the reason pretty fast.
