I'm setting up a site that requires a line with a down arrow above the menu items upon scroll. Is there a way in the theme options to do this? If not, what is best practice to set this up?
we are sorry but we do not have such hover or active effect for menu items. We have similar one only and you can check it on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/print/ and if you would like to use such menu style, you need to select Arrow Top style under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Menu section.
I'm sure there is a way we can do this with CSS ... I know that I've used X Theme before (Themeco) and they've provided simple css suggestions like this to their customers.
We are sorry but in reference to Item Support Policy, files customization are not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer. Or if you don’t have any, we recommend to try the offer of solid and reliable customization experts WP Kraken.
If you would like to know with what files child theme works, we recommend to read WP codex https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes where everything has been explained.
